I have not received my verification or reset email

Check spam and junk folders, confirm the address was typed correctly, wait a few minutes, then request one new email. Use only the newest link.

My invite code does not work

Invite codes expire and can be used once. Ask the supervisor to create a new code, then enter it while signed in to the learner account.

Will the app track our route?

No. Practice Mode does not request location and does not record a route or speed.

Can both people see the review?

Yes. Ratings are hidden during the one-phone hand-over debrief. After both people finish and the drive synchronises, the same completed review appears in both household accounts.

How do I report a safety or privacy concern?

Stop using the app if continuing may be unsafe. For a privacy request or security concern, contact privacy@practicemode.co.uk. Never include a password, verification code or Apple account details.
